Along with this, we also saw many types of problems in this category. Friends, our aim is not to defame anyone, we just want that no one has to face fraud or service problem in our presence. Many customers complain that even after paying more money, they do not get good service.
So we thought why not we also provide these services. So that we can bring some transparency in this industry. Our biggest objective of starting Pikol.com is that we want to provide clean business to the customers, any of their goods will be related to the packers and movers industry. When I sent my stuff, I chose Pikol.com because a friend of mine recommended it to me. Their packaging is great. And the team that came for packing was also very good. I was very happy at that time but on the way, the vehicle carrying my stuff met with an accident. And I did not have any kind of insurance. Initially, I was worried that there might be a big loss. But later I came to know that my inverter battery fell somewhere in the accident and you know how expensive batteries are. The rate of my battery was 15000 which I had bought 18 months ago. When I talked to the owner of this company, Anuj ji, he assured me that I will get the battery. He also gave me a working battery but I did not like the condition of that battery. So without saying anything, he promised to give me 10000 rupees. And he also fulfilled it on time. I did not have insurance for the stuff, yet he gave me 10000 rupees from his pocket.
