Thank you for choosing Picol Packers and Movers Services. If you have changed your shifting plans, you can cancel your move at any time.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • 1. If you are not satisfied with our services and wish to change your relocation plan, your advance payment will be refunded immediately.
  • 2. If you have made a booking and paid the advance token money, but you cancel the shifting on the day of the move, you will have to pay 10% of the shifting amount because same-day cancellations result in a loss for us.
  • 3. If you cancel the service during the shifting process, and the team has already arrived at your doorstep, you will have to pay for the local transportation costs.
  • 4. If you have made the full payment for the shifting service and decide to change your shifting plan, your money will be refunded within approximately 7 days.
